Award-winning chef and restaurateur Michael Deane and his business partner Karl Wilkinson have opened their new venture, a smash burger eatery in Ballyhackamore East Belfast. Flink operates as a dine-in or takeaway and occupies the former Squid Shack site in the ever-popular East of the city.  

Owner of Deanes at Queens, Deanes Meatlocker and mrDeanes, the Lisburn chef has been one of the most prominent figures in the local food and drink scene for over 30 years.
